Before you fly
Every traveler should be able to move through this airport, and this website, with dignity and independence. Here is what we provide, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.
Use the Accessibility control in the top bar of any page, or the buttons below. Your choice is remembered on this device and follows you across the site. Nothing is installed and no account is needed.
This site also respects the reduced motion and contrast settings already configured in your operating system.
Request it with your airline at least 48 hours before departure. Attendants meet you at the curb, ticket counter, or gate. Same-day requests are handled at any airline counter.
Designated spaces on every level of the Parking Garage and in the Short-Term Lot, all within 200 feet of a covered walkway. A valid disability placard or plate is required.
One pre-security area outside baggage claim, and one post-security area near Gate B4. Both are enclosed, lit, and open 24 hours.
Induction loops at every ticket counter, gate podium, and information desk. All audio pages are mirrored on terminal displays.
A quiet, low-light space past security on Concourse A for travelers with autism, sensory sensitivity, or anxiety. Open during all operating hours, no reservation needed.
Companion care restrooms pre- and post-security, plus adult changing tables in the family restrooms on both concourses.
TSA Cares is a federal helpline for travelers who need extra assistance at the checkpoint. Call at least 72 hours before your flight and a passenger support specialist can meet you at the airport.
