What dental services does NOLA Smiles offer?

Dr. Jackson provides dental implants, oral conscious sedation, same-day crowns, and clear orthodontics, along with everyday care such as veneers, teeth whitening, crowns and bridges, dentures, extractions, tooth-colored fillings, cleanings, and full-mouth restoration, all in one Uptown location with an on-site dental laboratory.

Do you accept dental insurance?

We are out-of-network with all dental insurance plans, but most of our patients are still able to apply their dental benefits toward our services. We’re happy to help you understand your coverage. Just plan for payment in full at the time of service, with reimbursement handled through your plan.

Where is NOLA Smiles located?

We’re in the Napoleon Medical Building at 2633 Napoleon Avenue, Suite 820, New Orleans, LA 70115, in beautiful Uptown New Orleans with convenient on-site parking.

What are your office hours?

We see patients Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On Fridays Dr. Jackson attends to lab cases, training, and upkeep, and we are closed Saturday and Sunday.

What can I expect at my first appointment?

We begin with a thorough evaluation, and depending on your situation we may also provide a professional cleaning during your first visit. We use digital radiographs (x-rays) and photographs, plus 3D imaging for implant and orthodontic planning, because many conditions can’t be found by a manual exam alone.

Are there any services you do not provide?

In some cases we refer to a trusted specialist. For example, molar root canals go to an endodontist, and impacted wisdom teeth may be referred to an oral and maxillofacial surgeon after we review your case.
