- Accessibility and language, one click away Text size, high contrast, reduced motion and the Spanish toggle sit in the navigation on every page, not buried in a plugin widget. Choices are remembered on the visitor's next visit, and the whole page switches language from the same cluster.
- One advisory, everywhere at once Staff publish an advisory once. It appears here, in email and SMS, and on terminal displays, with an urgent style for closures and a quieter one for routine notices.
- Live operations on one screen Flight status, field conditions, security wait and parking counts, refreshed from the systems that already own that data instead of retyped by hand.
- Traveler answers, organised by trip Every tile is a content record staff can add, reorder or retire. The information architecture follows what travelers ask for, not the airport's internal org chart.
- A program the public can follow Milestones move through draft, review and approval before publishing, and every change keeps a version history so you can see who changed what and roll back.
- Search that reads inside the PDF The index covers the text layer of each document, so a resident searching for a runway length lands on the file that contains it. Files that arrive without a text layer are flagged for remediation.
- Subscriptions the airport controls Visitors choose topics and a channel. Emergency messages go out through the county platform, and the form validates and announces errors accessibly.
- Compliance stated, not implied The accessibility statement, records access and Title VI links live in the footer with a real route to a person, which is what auditors check first.
